Poltergeists of Pompeii/ Nandi Beast
Josh and his team travel to Italy, where they investigate claims of ghosts in Pompeii, a Roman city which was engulfed by a volcanic eruption of Mt Vesuvius in the first century AD. Then they go to Kenya, where a creature called the Nandi bear is said to make its home.

Season 4, Episode 2 – Aired: 9/16/2010
Spirits Of Angkor Wat/Canadian Lake Monster
Josh and Team Truth head to Cambodia's famous Angkor Wat temple, where dark spirits are said to haunt its stone halls. Then, they go in search of Ogopogo, a monster some claim lives in Canada's Lake Okanagan.

Ghosts Of Haboro/Mngwa
Josh and his team visit an abandoned mining town in Japan where spirits are said to lurk. Then they fly to Tanzania and attempt to find a beast which is attacking the local tribe and their animals.

Ghost Fleet/Japanese River Monster
Josh and his team fly to Micronesia and perform their first underwater ghost hunt in the WWII era sunken Japanese fleet littering Truk Lagoon. Then they travel to northern Japan, where a turtle like river monster called a Kappa is said to live.

Siberian Snowman
Josh and Team Truth fly to southern Russia's Altai Mountains, where recent archaeological finds of a new species of humanity's distant ancestors have also sparked dozens of sightings of a modern day primate called an Almas. It's said to be similar to a Bigfoot, or Yeti, like a number of similar creatures Josh has investigated all over the world.

Ghosts Of Menengai Crater/Kalanoro
Josh and his team travel to Kenya to attempt to find evidence of restless spirits said to be haunting the battlefield where they were slain. Then they fly to Madagascar, where a small, humanoid creature is terrorizing the islands' inhabitants.

Josh flies to Micronesia to investigate ancient ruins said to be haunted by the ghosts of the dead. Then he and his team travel to Morocco, where a female demonic spirit is said to entice men and lure them to their doom.

Live From Ireland: The Search For The Banshee Ghost
Destination Truth returns with a four hour Live St Patrick's Day special, searching for the Banshee at Duckett's Grove Castle. Joining the team for this investigation are Allison Scagliotti of Warehouse 13, Jael De Pardo of Fact of Faked: Paranormal Files, as well as Kris Williams and Barry Fitzgerald of Ghost Hunters International.
